Dark Star III Gallery

Vessel that succeeded the Dark Star II, owned solely by ex-bounty hunter and Jedi Knight Tarr Ranth.  Co-designed by Ranth and Arach Raynor, this Heddon Systems Dark Star Stealth Craft was built by the Unique Design Corporation.  Thirty metres in length and capable of carrying forty metric tonnes of cargo the Dark Star III had a x1 hyperdrive multiplier with a x5 backup.  Requiring only a crew of one and utilising the latest in cockpit slaved systems, she boasted a retractable forward firing ion cannon, a split quad laser cannon mounted on port and starboard, gravity mines capability for pursuing craft and a twin proton torpedo launcher.  Her single emission shielded Heddon Ion Engine provided blistering speeds at sublight velocities.  All in all, the perfect craft for the newly installed Jedi Knight to carry out his duties across the Mid-Rim.
