san diego comic convention
Report by Chris Gereke

The San Diego Comic Convention is always an important mark on the annual Star Wars calendar.  Back in 1976, Howard Chaykin posters were the very first merchandise handed out, for free, to Comic Con crowds, hyping in advance the sci-fi spectacular that would premiere the following May ...

Zoom forward over 30 years to the anniversary of that film and San Diego is still going strong - bigger and better than ever.  Much like Star Wars itself.  Our North American reporter Chris Gereke, fresh from his Celebration Europe experiences was there to report back on the show and give us a flavour of the weekend...

Chris Gereke, North American Reporter
