Dubra, Netha - A lithe humanoid with a light green tinge, lack of body hair, webbed toes and fingers. Her large eyes, blue tinted, looked exotic below her pencil thin raven eyebrows and long dark raven coloured hair.  Despite not being a pure breed Dagoan, Dubra controlled a large portion of the Dagoan underworld, and took her mates when the urge arose – including the A-desandian smuggler Jan Lomona.  Years later she, along with her husband Daemon Garr, took control of the shadowy Raven Institute, an information-broking company that played an important role in the Ki-Ki/Setnin War and renamed it the Raven Corporation.  It was at this time that she became known as the Lady Raven, operating as joint head of the corporation. Few people were aware of her existence, even less knew who she really was.  While Garr was assisting both the Ki-Ki and Setnin he eventually made a choice to stay neutral, whereas Dubra aided the Ki-Ki.  She was apprehended but swiftly freed by the bounty hunter Tar Ranth.
