Garr, Daemon – Also known as Lord Raven.  Furred Daemonite alien with a short temper, Garr wore heavy body armour with night vision capabilities.  An ex-Bounty Hunter, Garr worked with many people, including Jan Lomona, Yorath Devalis and Nias Derril.  Piloting his starship the Pacifier Scout Garr continued to operate around the Mid-Rim until he left the sector for other challenges.  Returning to the sector years later he was aggrieved to find that his friend Jan Lomona had been lost in a hyperspace accident and resolved to find him, which he did – across the other side of the galaxy.  Garr later married Netha Dubra, the woman who would later become known as the Lady Raven and he became known as Lord Raven, taking control of the Raven Institute and renaming it the Raven Corporation, an operation shrouded in mystery that eventually decided to join the Setnin resistance during the Fall of Chancai and give a large number of vessels to the Iron Claw leader Ryath Centaur.  But after a time the Raven Corporation, always quietly playing both sides of the war, gave the majority of its loyalty to the Ki-Ki, with both Lord and Lady Raven helping the Ki-Ki.  Later, Lord Raven placed a bounty on Lady Raven’s head, a bounty which Tar Ranth collected on, but instead of delivering his wife to him Ranth broke off their partnership and helped Dubra.
