Ecaps City, A-desando Main city on the world of A-desando and birthplace of the smuggler Jan Lomona. The only city on A-desando allowed to erect buildings taller than three stories, her history stretched back many thousands of years, and Ecaps was among the first major cities in what was to become the Setnin Sector. Governed by families, the Lomonas were among those who ruled, with Jan Lomona himself being governor for a short period of time – the time during which the Empire invaded and destroyed much of the city.
