Planets
Guide - M Mantin System - Seven planet system and the
scene of one of the greatest victories the Rebel Alliance scored in the Setnin Sector, and also the site of
the destruction of the Revenger Super
Star Destroyer. The Battle of Mantin was where Squadron Indigo scored its first
major victory and where the Empire
in the Setnin Sector suffered massive financial losses. Mantin
VII was known colloquially as Feebunn. (QFF) Mantooine System - Maquina - Site of Jan Lomona and Terrie
Saffras mission to rescue rebel prisoners-of-war from an Imperial
jail. After numerous missions to rescue the
Durathosin prisoners, captured years before the Battle of Yavin,
Lomona and Saffra are dispatched on what is effectively a suicide mission. Dry and arid, Maquina was one of
the Empires largest outposts in
the sector during the Galactic Civil
War and still held a large number of troops even after the Battle of
Endor.
(WSOH) Marbul V - One of the Member Planets of the Ki-Ki Sector. Marell System - Location of jobs completed by Chaves, an agent of Dressel. (RPG) Marner - Home of the ex-Trac-Tran Transit Company employee Larna, near to the Matuubii ruins. Marner was the world where Jan Lomona finally caught up with the
murderous Kee-livinees, and where
Lomona gunned him down. (TFS) Matsule - Setnin
Sector world of rolling hills and clusters of mountain ranges. (NHP) Mengenta – Tiny, backwater planet in the Setnin Sector that had only two
starports and very few visitors. Used
by Glann Cipples agents
as a place for secret meetings, Mengenta was where Jan Lomona and Carlonian
Feese occasionally
met to discuss Cipple-related subjects and was also the birthplace of Squadron Indigo member and later
captain of the New Republic
ship Moz’a’ti Commander
Sall. (MON) Moorsh - Ki-Ki Sector world and capital state of the Moorsh Conglomerate. Moosa - One of the Member Planets of the Ki-Ki Sector. Moot - The planet that Glann Cipple sent mercenary Ryath Centaur to straighten out trade
disputes that threatened to disrupt his business. Industrialised and heavily populated, Moot
is also one of the residences of Torona
Formoon in the Setnin Sector. Also located on Moot is the massive Villall Trade Canopy, the largest
outdoor market in the sector and almost as huge in ground size as Chancai. Formoon had a huge hand in the running of
the Trade Canopy and skimmed profits off the top to fund his own operation. (JLSA/NHP) Morb – Adopted home planet of Brush and Aayala Galletti. Brush spends
his days as a river boatsman, traversing the vast placid lakes trawling for
fish and ferrying passengers who enjoy the tranquil waters of Lake Morbia. Occupying a twin-star system, Morb lay far
enough from the binary suns not to be blighted by blistering heat, her single
nameless moon illuminating the night skies.
(BB/NHP) Mordure – Morno – Planet of the Mornotor System. The larger of the two worlds, this cloudy
world lies in close proximity to its smaller sister
world of Notor,
sharing a common point of orbit and effectively swinging around each other. Mornotor System - Twin planet system of two planets, Morno and Notor that
orbit more like planet and moon than twin planets. In fact, the two worlds, though largely
different in size, orbit one and other in a symbiotic relationship that
affects tides, lengths of day and weather patterns. Dominating each others skies the two
world’s trade and share technological advancements between each other. Sitting on the edge of the Soluman Delta Gulf, the two worlds
are occasionally targets for fighting Celadors,
an occurrence noted in the history books for once causing the deaths of
several thousand members of each worlds populations. |
