>>>the setnin sector government and its various bodies of office have not just got the need to travel within the sectors boundaries but also to its various contacts within the galaxy.  as setnin sector delegates need transports of fast and reliable quality to get from a-b, it has become obvious within the last few years that some of the older corellian transports that were being used were not fit for purpose.  hence the sectors first commissioned starship,  built at desando dynamics shipyards labelled the phoenix class.  built for speed hence the powerful hyperdrive unit the phoenix has become, over the last five years, the workhorse of the setnin government. though primarily used by government offices the phoenix transport are under the jurisdiction of setnin security, who maintain security aboard these government ships which on occasion can be used to hold trade meetings that could have drastic effects on the sector.

>>>the phoenix class has one thing that most vessels of a similar size do not possess- speed.  fast at sublight, fast at hyperdrive, the phoenix at speed can outrun most problems, easily outrunning any dangers coming its way and keeping its passengers free from danger and peril.  the other bonus of such a swift ship is the capability to transport government delegates to important meetings of conferences, not only across the sector but to important contacts in the galaxy at large at short notice, keeping the sector dynamically in touch with events around it. onboard facilities aboard the phoenix provide comfort, security and the necessary details to enable officials aboard to maximise their business to the full.  crews of these ships are some of the finest in the sector, backed up with a fully trained dedicated onboard security detatchment.
