Thirty-five years after Battle of Yavin

35+ ABY – The Spark

KI-KI/SETNIN WAR BEGINS

-          Five years of hostilities erupt as the Ki-Ki Sector launches a full-frontal attack on Setnin’s borders, and the war proper begins.

KI-KI TAKE NON-AFFILIATED WORLDS

-          The Ki-Ki move into the Setnin Sector taking only non-affiliated worlds, those not members of the Galactic Alliance and therefore not breaking the code of conduct, treaties or agreements previously agreed upon.

-          Prime Lord Atheus Kreaiden refrains from attacking Galactic Alliance loyal Setnin worlds for the short term whilst continuing to play the Setnin Council and Galactic Alliance against each other. 

-          Angered by this turn of events, representatives of the non-affiliated worlds make their feelings clear in the Chamber of Systems on Benesk.  While angered by Ki-Ki attacks, the council votes against engaging in open warfare given that only non-affiliated worlds are being attacked.

GALACTIC ALLIANCE REFUSES TO INTERVENE

-          Representatives of the non-affiliated worlds meet with Galactic Alliance officials and plead their case to them.  The answer is much like that of the Setnin Council – you’re on your own. 

-          Ki-Ki forces, knowing the political moves being made in the Setnin Sector, continue to cut a swathe through the many non-affiliated worlds.  Despite the sector rejoining what was the New Republic almost two decades before, Setnin contains many independent-minded worlds and many refused to accept the protection the New Republic offered.  Now that independence is proving to be their downfall.

35+ ABY – In it for the Money

-          Mando Kerreet, representative of the Setnin non-affiliated worlds, heads a small delegation to Hellion to meet with Ryath Centaur.  They request aid from the Iron Claws to defend their planets from Ki-Ki aggression.  With his resources already stretched, Centaur agrees to offer some support dependant on need and ability to pay.

-          Representing the Setnin Free Traders Association, Jan Lomona meets with his old friend Ocern Gabe to discuss the Ki-Ki threat. Frustrated at the lack of support from his fellow councillors, Ocern requests that Jan approaches the underworld for help.

-          Jan Lomona contacts Armella D’Staan on Abrogard and asks for her assistance in formulating a plan to drive the Ki-Ki out of Setnin without starting a major war.

ARMELLA D’STAAN RETURNS TO SETNIN

-          Armella D’Staan, daughter of Glann Cipple and Abrogardian gang leader, returns to Setnin after being contacted by Jan Lomona.  Meeting with her half-sisters Bessa and Brea for the first time she points them towards the voluminous amount of information her father gathered.  Knowing it would take many years to trawl through all of it she shows vital information– the blueprints for the Heed.

-          Jan Lomona returns to meet with Ocern Gabe. After agreeing to concessions proposed by Armella D’Staan and the Cipple sisters, Gabe calls for a session consisting of only a small group of people and formulates a plan to build the Heed in secret, away from the prying and ever more invasive eyes of the Ki-Ki.

-          Understanding that building a super weapon like the Heed would be a great drain on resources, Ocern Gabe sets up a shadow fund to the TTTC to cover the initial construction costs.  The remainder of the money will come from the underworld.

-          Jan Lomona enlists the aid of his daughter, Paige Centaur, to launder the funds for the Heeds construction through dummy companies on the Euphoria Station.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE HEED MARK II BEGINS

-          Construction of the new Heed begins within the cover and safety of the Foron Dustcloud, the location where the original was lost and later found.  In an area free from Ki-Ki interference the construction could begin apace in security, a joint project between the Setnin underworld and the Setnin Council.

DEATH OF TARR RANTH

-          Many of Tarr Ranths friends, relatives and associates meet at Zythlies on Chancai to celebrate his life and heroic death.

-          Ex-Imperial Captain Mendip Kahn returns to the Setnin Sector after six years in Wild Space.  After his crew mutinied he acquired a new crew for the VSD Deliverance and decided to return to the Mid-Rim.

36+ ABY - Requiem for a Bounty Hunter

-          Blake De’Athe takes his wife and niece Trude away from the Setnin Sector to continue his nieces training as a Jedi Knight.

-          Commanders Brotus and Dagger of the Ki-Ki forces make initial plans to take Leogards sister worlds Afagard and Nogard.

36+ ABY – Second Chance

-          Nera De’Athe continues to train her niece Trude De’Athe.

-          The Nexus six, a starship carrying Jedi Knight Jeddess Essar, crash-lands on Wennicas.

36+ ABY – Trial by Fire

JANITE AND MIND COLLABORATION MADE PUBLIC

-          The truth about the Mind and Janite collaboration is made public - that they intended to attack both sides and prolong the war so they could pick up the pieces after the conflict.

-          Captain Lovo and the crew of the Endeavour evade Janite/Mind Vodon Class vessels for four days.

BLAKE DE’ATHE FORMS THE SETNIN JEDI

-          Dissatisfied with the ways of the Jedi Council, Blake De’Athe takes a number of Setnin Jedi and forms his own council, staying true to the Setnin Way and becoming proactive in the Ki-Ki/Setnin War.

KI-KI PUSH THROUGH SETNIN SECTOR

-          Ki-Ki forces make a concerted push through Setnin space as their invasion gathers momentum, taking every world in their path.

-          The Galactic Alliance lodges a formal objection to the Ki-Ki concerning attacks upon Setnin worlds loyal to the Galactic Alliance and sends a delegation to the war zone.

JANITE/MIND ALLIANCE ENDS

-          Emperor Priest Akallon the Fourth ends his agreement with Lordmind Estoor. Now that the Janite/Mind collaboration is public knowledge, concentrated attacks on both Mind and Janite forces begin.

LORDMIND ESTOOR FLEES SETNIN

-          With constant harassing from the Familee children, Lordmind Estoor is forced to agree and flees the Setnin Sector.

37+ ABY – A Meeting of Minds

-          Captain Mendip Kahn brings his ship and crew into the Ki-Ki/Setnin War, with the assistance of the shadowy Raven Corporation.

37+ ABY – No Retreat

-          Internal rumblings emanate from within the Ki-Ki borders - the people desire a victory since the funding of the war machine is coming out of their already empty pockets.

-          The VSD Deliverance is stolen from the mighty Raven Corporation.

-          Beebee Siggiam loses his starship the Slingshot 27 in a skirmish with Ki-Ki forces in the Alorea System.

THE BATTLE OF HISTAI

-          General Grogola and his Agrosiion Legion of Ki-Ki battleships attack Setnin forces in orbit of Histai in an engagement known as the Battle of Histai.

-          Ki-Ki forces are routed, in large part by the actions of Ryath Centaur and the vessels under his command.

FORMATION OF THE UNIFIED SETNIN DEFENCE FORCE

-          Head of the non-affiliated council Mando Kerreet and Governor Ocern Gabe agree to the formation of a unified Setnin Defence Force, headed by non-affiliated Janos warrior Tannis Rixx.

TANNIS RIXX CONFIRMED AS HEAD OF S.D.F

-          After much political manoeuvrings, Rixx is confirmed as S.D.F leader and allowed to operate as he sees fit.  Determined to push the Ki-Ki hard, he embarks on an aggressive programme of defence and attack, utilising his Janos Executioner training and skills.

-          Tannis Rixxs’ initial plans are brought to the Setnin Council, but rejected for being too dangerous and difficult to accomplish.  Disappointed, he returns to Chancai to formulate more plans.

37+ ABY – The Last Bastion

EUPHORIA STATION FALLS TO KI-KI FORCES

-          Euphoria Station falls to Ki-Ki forces, taking a location of massive economical and tactical importance away from Setnin hands.  Without it, Setnin now has no central point to entrench and fight the onslaught of invasion that is swelling.

-          Without informing the S.D.F, Tannis Rixx sends an envoy to Ferrerea to explore the potentiality of the Ferrereans joining the fight against the Ki-Ki.  Rixx then travels to Hellion to ask the same questions there.

37+ ABY – The Heat

-          Tannis Rixx continues with his plans to hit at the Ki-Ki, with the tactical assistance of Ryath Centaur.

37+ ABY – Conspiracy and Mutiny

SETNIN DEFENCE FORCE BOLSTERED

-          Commander Sall and Captain Barler of the Galactic Alliance cruisers Moz’a’ti and the Divine turn their vessels over to the newly formed Setnin Defence Force, angering the Galactic Alliance who have remained largely out of the conflict.

37+ ABY – Seeds of Rebellion

-          Jan Lomona arrives on Chancai and meets with old friend Ocern Gabe to discuss an idea.

OCERN GABE REQUESTS NEW FUNDS FOR HEED CONSTRUCTION

-          Without the Euphoria Station to run dummy corporations and launder money for the Heeds construction, Jan Lomona is asked by Ocern Gabe to find new avenues to quietly collate funds to build the new Heed.

-          Jan Lomona arrives on the Garyra Station, intent on setting up new money laundering corporations for the Heed project.

FERREREA/HELLION/JANOS WORK TOGETHER CLOSELY

-          While no nearer to fruition, the joint Janite/Ferrerean/Hellion army agree to share tactical information in their efforts to repel the Ki-Ki.

-          Critchek Skumul follows Jan Lomona to the Garyra Station, shadowing his moves as he collates information for the Galactic Alliance.

37+ ABY – When Push Comes to Shove

SQUADRON INDIGO DEFECTS TO S.D.F

-          Disillusioned with the continued inaction of the Galactic Alliance, Commander Saffra takes Squadron Indigo with her to the Setnin Defence Force, there to work alongside the Iron Claws and The Trac-Tran Transit Company.

37+ ABY – An Explanation as to Why I am Here

CANTARR BI ROMOU FALLS TO KI-KI FORCES

-          The Ki-Ki take Cantarr Bi Romou with plans to use it as a staging area. They take the shipyards with the intention of using it as a re-fit and supply base.

-          Baz and Squiz land on Luronsa IV.

-          Prime Lord Atheus gathers representatives from local and neighbouring sectors, including the far-flung Shattered Zone, in order to discuss plans against the Setnin Sector and the situation with the Galactic Alliance.

37+ ABY – Thoughts of the Few, Plans of the Many

-          Longbody, advisor to Prime Lord Atheus is taken into secret custody on the orders of Atheus.

KI-KI TAKE LURONSA IV

-          Ki-Ki vessels arrive at Luronsa IV and quickly subjugate the planet.

CARLONIAN FEESE RETURNS TO AMAGAD

-          Carlonian Feese returns to Amagad and agrees to work for the Cipple sisters, assisted by Injevido.  His true motives unclear, all involved are prepared to take the chance given Feeses massive knowledge of the sector and the underworld

-          Aaron De’Athe returns, alive and well and turned to the dark side. 

-          Aaron De’Athe nudges his sister Trude towards the dark side using treachery and guile.

FORMATION OF THE UNDERWORLD ADVISORS

-          The Cipple sisters, Captain Lovo and the Familee twins, Drate Galletti and Pollyanna Chenk, the Combat Contract Pilots, Injevido and Carlonian Feese band together to form a group designed specifically to aide in the fight against the Ki-Ki.  Set up as a group of advisors, their specific talents make them a lethal team to plot and plan for Setnin freedom…and profit.

-          Tar Ranth, cloned progeny of Jedi Tarr Ranth, meets up with Ryath Centaur to discuss some business and answer a few questions.
